Returns and Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

At Raya Elegance, we prioritize customer satisfaction. For all returns and cancellations, you can raise a request from the 'My Account' section or contact us directly:

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS (ONLINE PURCHASES)

We offer a 7-DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS POLICY for clothing only.

  • Return request for damaged/defective clothing must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clothing items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging (hangers, polyester bags, hang tags, boxes, etc.).

  • Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Email us at eleganceraya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable in your area).

  3. RETURN PROCESS:

    • A refund of product value minus ₹100 per item (for shipping/restocking) will be made to your original bank/card.

    • Shipping charges applied in your original order are non-refundable.

    • Bank refund requires details: Name, A/c No., IFSC, Bank Name, Branch.

    If the error is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we’ll refund or replace the product at no extra cost.

    If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must self-ship to our address (shared on email). Responsibility for damage during return shipping lies with the customer.

    Once we receive and validate the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Invalid returns will be returned to the customer and closed within 20 days.

    Repeated returns (50%+ of orders) may result in a non-return policy being applied to future purchases. Repeated COD rejections may lead to the suspension of COD service.

  4. Non-returnable items:

    • Custom-made or personalized clothing

    • Items marked “Not eligible for return”


    CANCELLATIONS BY RAYA ELEGANCE

    Raya Elegance reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Inventory or pricing errors

    • Payment verification issues

    • Fraud detection

    If cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

    The customer agrees to accept Raya Elegance’s final decision in all return and cancellation matters.
